My funny Valentine

What a sweet boy. In case you missed the story on facebook. I got home from work this afternoon to hear Andy yelling from the bathroom "Mommy, is that you?" When I said that it was he jumped off the toilet forgetting to wipe his butt and led me to the kitchen because he was SO excited to show me what he and his daddy had purchased for me at the store that afternoon. Isn't he sweet? Little goofy butt.

Andy wanted to get in the picture too. He is too cute. He loves wearing his "I'm going to be a Big Brother" shirt!

He loves his tooth brush!

Apparently a dentist visited Andy's classroom at school today and everyone got a goody bag. In the bag was a toothbrush, a bouncy ball with a smiling tooth in it, some handouts, a sticker, and a little timer to help the kids know how long to brush their teeth. Andy's been excited about it all day and as soon as we got home from dinner he wanted to brush his teeth with his new toothbrush and timer. And so he did!

Playing in the tub.

I love this kid, I really do. He loves bathtime. After we're done washing and brushing his teeth he gets to stay in there by himself playing and I love hearing him talking to his toys and developing these funny stories with them and doing voices and everything. He has such an imagination already! We still only fill the tub up to about his belly button, is that strange for a 3.5 yr old? Oh well, better safe than sorry.

Does this violate child labor laws?

I didn't pay him either. Unless you count giving him poptarts as payment, he didn't seem to mind. He has his own shovel and really wanted to help his daddy shovel the driveway after our snow. So this is what he did for a few minutes after school today. Isn't he cute??
